ABOUT ME

Soprano singer. Borns in a family of musicians, one of the reasons why she develops a vocation for the art of music, especially singing since she was a child.

 

She studied the technical career in music at BUAP University and took private singing lessons with recognized teachers like: Antonio López, Antonio Montaño, Antonio Villagra Polo and Aurelio Zarelli from the Bologna Conservatory of Music.

She take courses of musical theater, dance and body expression with recognized local teachers in these areas.

 

She has performed in various forums in Puebla city like CASA DE LA CULTURA, CASA DE LA BÓVEDA, TEATRO DE LA CIUDAD, COMPLEJO CULTURAL UNIVERSITARIO, FERIA DE PUEBLA and different festivals. She has also been interviewed in some radio stations like Radio BUAP, Puebla Prioridad, Puebla FM and local television like TV3, SICOM and Puebla TV.

Liz Bazher has participated as a soloist with the Symphonic Band of the SSP from Puebla and has given recitals and performances of opera and early music as part of the cultural activities for the BUAP School of Arts and with the ensemble Polyphony Vocal.

 

Between 2012 and 2013 she recorded her first 2 albums of Classical Crossover genre: the first one entitled "Laberinto" and the second one "FLYING OFF". Through the tracks contained in these 2 albums Liz Bazher performs various covers of diferent styles like rock, pop, jazz, musical comedy, and others maintaining the bel canto vocal technique.

 

Since 2013 she begins to give singing workshops at BUAP school of arts and other institutions.

Also she works as vocal couch in singing competitions such as: "Queremos tu voz" y "Mi voz lo dice cantantdo".

 

She has participated in different productions and projects:

* Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde, the musical

* Broadway, the musical

* The Sleepy Beauty of the Wood

* Creepy night of Puebla legends
